Power of Captain America Shield

Nope! I am not against trusting friends. Not everyone is a snake who will bite you hard. In fact, there are some very beautiful souls out there who genuinely keep their friendships near to their heart. I am just afraid for them. 😛 

Why everything in a friendship needs to be so complicated? Why can't we keep it with a clause "No Expectations, No Complaints & No Demands!"? If you just try to recall that, you will find that the best bunch of friends you have, are the ones whom you talk to once or twice in a month but when you do, it’s for hours. You always get that feeling of sincerity in your bond. They act just like your secret diary where you throw-out all your frustrations, complications and anxiety. You may not tag them as your BFFs but trust me, you feel relaxed after talking to them. 

Try to find people who unknowingly make you feel happy and never take you FOR GRANTED.

Now this, my friend, you need to understand in-depth. You might be one of those people who tried really hard to fit in a group, tried to impress them, might have acted like a clown (sometimes ☹️), started doing stuffs you never use to do, have never received "Thank You!" in return. Those people might have made you feel unworthy and instead might have taken your credits. Now if you clearly recall, you were always there to support them- emotionally, mentally, physically even financially but when the table turned around, did they simply vanish?
Why do you have to become a doormat for people who simply come and use you for their own benefits? How can you give an authority to them for pushing you down? Are you worth it? THINK. 

With that Captain America Shield, I meant those necessary boundaries which you must create in a way to protect yourself. Why do you have to stand so vulnerable in front of people who hardly care for you? Is it so necessary? Do you really believe in giving up on yourself so easily and become an open book in front of the people who might judge you afterwards, or literally exploit you for that matter?

No, I am not talking contradictory at all. I am talking about the ones who become so weak that they easily trust everyone around them and try to find their comfort zones in every third person.

Please hold back yourselves. Not everyone is worth knowing you inside out. You need to learn how to stand strong by your own. If you're lucky to have people who could actually help you pull out of that vulnerable situation, try to preserve them for life.

To avoid such situations in future, you need to start building up those shields from today onwards. Be an Iceberg. Show only a small part of you which you want the world to see and rest keep it behind that shield. Yeah! that Captain America one...
